Please read the rental agreement - it is pretty standard in the industry. It is written to assure you that what you see is what you get, and it assures us you are who you say you are and that you will care for our porperty as if it were your own. There are a few things to note:

• There is a refundable deposit of 200 euros. This is to ensure no damage is done to the house, and it is left as your found it. Please go through the house the checklist (see contract below) WITH our property manager when you arrive, she will also tell you a few things about the common areas and how stuff works in the house.​

• The community of Gaiole in Chianti began charging a minimal tax for your stay.  It is 1,50 euros per day per person over the age of 14. As of this writing, they only charge this for the first week's stay. It is collected by the property manager.

• There is a charge of 25 euros per week for internet use. Because some people want it and some do not, we do not add it to the price of the rental. 

• The contract is below... we prefer checks or PayPal.  Also below is a little newsletter to answer other questions you may have.
